The Space:

Spanning over 9,000 sq ft, this exquisite masterpiece boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, offices, a majestic dining room, a family room, a game room, and a gym. Additionally, a transformed carriage house serves as a rustic man cave and cigar parlor.

On the first floor, step through the grand front entrance into the foyer area adorned with Italian marble flooring and breathtaking 20-foot-tall floor-to-ceiling windows. The east wing leads to a spacious hallway, housing the office and living room, while two sets of glass French doors open to a stunning bluestone patio. The west wing features a grand dining room with an elongated RH table that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Adjacent to the dining room is a wet bar complete with a wine fridge and Scotsman ice machine. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf gas stove with a double oven. The long marble island offers seating for 4, and a breakfast nook provides an ideal space for the kids. A second living room adjacent to the kitchen features Ralph Lauren leather chairs and a velvet sectional. Completing the first floor is a powder room and a mudroom with custom built-ins that lead to a lovely brick patio. For outdoor grilling, choose between the gas Weber Grill or the charcoal Green Egg.

The second floor houses all the bedrooms, along with three full bathrooms, a library, and a laundry room. The primary suite showcases a plush king-sized cloud bed from Restoration Hardware, a brown leather Ralph Lauren Chesterford chair with ottoman, and a large OLED smart TV mounted above the fireplace mantel. The luxurious spa-like bathroom features a rain shower for two, a separate tub, double sinks, a marble heated floor, and a toilet closet. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, while Bedroom #3 includes two double-sized beds, a leather couch, and a desk. Bedroom #4 is currently set up as an Xbox game room with four wall-mounted TVs, but it can be converted into a queen-sized bedroom upon request. Finally, Bedroom #5 features a queen bed.

The third floor encompasses a large living room area with a high-end surround system and a 65-inch Sony OLED TV. It also includes a wet bar, a ping pong table, a closet filled with board games, a half bathroom, a second office, and an art room.

Outside, the grounds feature five distinct outdoor areas, each surrounded by outdoor lighting and pristine professionally landscaped gardens. The Pool Area offers a hot tub, a diving board, an in-pool basketball hoop, lounge furniture, tiki torch lighting, and an outdoor sound system. The Back Patio, with its original bluestone flooring, provides a private space furnished with lounge patio furniture and an outdoor Sonos speaker system. The Side Patio features a brick patio with a French bistro table, a Weber grill, and a Green Egg charcoal grill for summer BBQs. The Tennis Court is a full-sized court with additional lines for pickleball, equipped with two permanent adjustable basketball hoops and LED lighting for nighttime play. Lastly, the Carriage House has been meticulously restored and transformed into a man cave/cigar room, complete with leather furniture, a TV, a pellet stove, a bluestone patio, and a built-in fire pit (wood provided). Additionally, a three-car garage with an EV Charger is available.
