We recommend arriving by car, as it will give you the freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful New Hampshire. As you already know, there’s free parking at the property. The heated garage can accommodate 2 full size SUVs, and the driveway can accommodate up to 5 full size SUVs. Street parking is not allowed due to neighborhood restrictions.
If you are flying in/out of the area, the best way would be at the following airports:

🚫 Strict No-Pet Policy
To maintain our commitment to the absolute highest standard of cleanliness, superior air quality, and an allergy-free environment for all guests, pets are strictly not permitted on the property.
✨ The Benefit of a Pet-Free Home
By maintaining a pet-free residence, we eliminate the persistent allergens, odors, and extra deep-cleaning required to manage dander and hair. This policy allows us to guarantee an unparalleled level of hygiene and comfort for every stay, ensuring the home is safe and pristine for guests with severe allergies or sensitivities.
🎿 The house is located across the street from the South Peak Owners Chairlift that will bring guests up to the South Peak basecamp. There is a free shuttle bus that will pick up passengers at the end of the driveway and take them to and from any Loon Mountain basecamp. The shuttle bus is operational 7 days of the week.

Every guest has the option to add a Mid-Stay Cleaning to their reservation after booking. These refresh cleanings are offered at 50% of our standard cleaning fee and are similar to a hotel turnover service, including:

❄️ Winter Travel & Accessibility
✔ Mountain Driving: While our road and driveway are regularly plowed, we highly recommend that you have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle during the winter months (November-April).
✔ Multi-Story Home: Please note that this is a large, three-story cabin, and movement between floors is via stairs.
