Leading up to your stay at The Cape Dream myluxvaca will be communicating with you regularly with helpful information for planning the ultimate family gathering as well as important information about the house such as access codes and wifi passwords. During check-in we will be available 24/7 via phone, text or email.

The Del Mar Neighborhood is like a classic Cape Cod town where people feel like a big family. Kids ride bikes on the streets, and in the summer, ice cream trucks come around. People play pickup baseball games, and others walk or run on the road to stay healthy. If you stay at The Cape Dream, you’ll notice that the community is close-knit, with events, farmers’ markets, and friendly get-togethers. Since it’s by the ocean, you can do fun outdoor things like boating, fishing, and kayaking, and you can enjoy the beaches. There are also parks and trails for hiking and biking. North Falmouth has a cute downtown area too. It’s really pretty because it’s near the coast, and lots of people love the ocean views and the beach.

Bedrooms: Versatile accommodations await, with two bedrooms located on the first floor and an additional bedroom on the second floor. A full bath on the first floor adds to the convenience. Upstairs, discover an expansive bedroom with ample closet space, making it ideal for families. This room includes a queen bed and two twin-sized beds. The other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.

Kitchen: The heart of the home lies in the modern and functional updated kitchen. Featuring updated countertops, stylish tile flooring and backsplash, and refinished cabinets stocked with all the essentials, it’s the perfect space for culinary endeavors and family gatherings.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside onto the expansive backyard deck, where you can bask in the warm Cape Cod sunlight or put some burgers on the Weber Grill.

The professionally landscaped outdoor area not only enhances the house’s curb appeal but also provides a wonderful space for playing lawn games or enjoying a picnic on a sun-soaked summer day.

There are several ways to get from Boston to East Falmouth, Massachusetts:

Car: Driving is one of the most convenient ways to get from Boston to East Falmouth (75-85 miles). Take I-93 South from Boston and then merge onto MA-3 South. Continue on MA-3 until you reach the Bourne Bridge, which connects to Cape Cod. From there, follow the signs to East Falmouth.

Bus: You can take a bus from Boston to the Cape Cod area. Several bus companies offer routes from Boston’s South Station to various destinations on Cape Cod, including Falmouth. Check with bus operators like Peter Pan Bus Lines or Plymouth & Brockton for schedules and routes.

Ferry: You can take a ferry from Boston to The Woods Hole Ferry Terminal, you can then take an Uber to East Falmouth.

Train and Bus: You can take a train from Boston’s South Station to Hyannis on Cape Cod using the CapeFlyer service during the summer months. From Hyannis, you can then take an Uber to East Falmouth.

Air: The nearest major airport to East Falmouth is the Logan International Airport (BOS) in Boston. For a local option, Cape Cod Gateway Airport (Barnstable Municipal Airport) in Hyannis offers flights from Boston.
